Trimming - beading machines for round and poligonal pieces

SHEET METAL MEN s.r.l. designs and constructs trimming-beading machines for round and poligonal pieces to execute the following operations:
  • internal / external beading;
  • horizontal / vertical trimming;
  • internal / external flanging;
  • inner / outer curling;
  • inward / outward ribbing;
  • punching;
  • threading;
  • lock-seaming 3 thickness;
  • lock-seaming 5 thickness.

Machines are produced according to the specific requirements of the customer. All the trimming-beading machines can be equipped with working units driven by pneumatic, hydraulic or electric system (brushless motor) according to the type of work that must be performed. To satisfy requirements of high production rates the machines can be equipped with specific motorizations for the automatic positioning of the working units and with special systems (transfers, robots, conveyor belts) for the automatic loading and un-loading of the pieces.

Machine models are the following:
  • SMM-400: machine for working round and poligonal pieces with max diameter / diagonal of 400 mm.
  • SMM-700: machine for working round and poligonal pieces with max diameter / diagonal of 700 mm.
  • SMM-1000: machine for working round and poligonal pieces with max diameter / diagonal of 1000 mm.
  • SMM-1600: machine for working round and poligonal pieces with max diameter / diagonal of 1600 mm.
